Two Important Jeep Wrangler Safety Features

When the team here at Bluebonnet Jeep saw the delivery of the all-new Jeep Wrangler to the lot, we needed to share our excitement with our audience. Here are a few reasons for the explosion in popularity of this compact SUV.

The way the Blind Spot Information System operates in the new Jeep Wrangler is by way of radar technology in the rear of the vehicle. Sensors scan the road behind for another vehicle that may be in or moving towards one of the blind spots. If one is detected, the side mirror closest to the vehicle will flash to alert you to avoid that lane.

The Wrangler also comes with the Rear Cross Path Detection system. Shift your Jeep in reverse, and the sensors use radar technology to scan in either direction to identify if another vehicle could be in your path as you travel back, warning you to proceed cautiously.
